How does Slap work to get my customer tickets in Notion?

Whenever you receive or send an email from your connected support mailbox, a new ticket is automatically created in your Notion database. Replies to existing conversations will update the corresponding ticket, keeping everything in sync.

What do I need to use Slap?

You'll need:

* A Notion account (a free plan is sufficient)
* A Gmail support mailbox (Slap currently support Gmail only)
